That was something alright. A little exaggerated in some parts but for the most part accurate and funny. Although I would have to disagree that all FPS games are like that.

You're right he missed the VC, Nazis and Zombie-Nazis....

But funny reading indeed, even though he missed such an important thing as multiplayer.

FPS: First person shooter
Games where you have a first person view (Ie. seeing what your character sees, as if you were looking through his eyes) For example games like Halo, Call Of Duty, Doom 3 and Half-Life 2.

Wow... that was not funny at all, and didnt apply to most FPS games ive played... But... okay.

Its like writing "Every RPG Youve Ever Played!" and go "you kill stuff and level uuup! bwahaha! *curseword*".

Oh well...

<_<

I found that barely funny in the slightest. It basically diescribes how a person with a mental age of 2 would play Goldeneye (the mother of all new FPSs).

Try that out on 007 mode and watch yourself die time after time.

He had some points such as the whole sudden betrayal thing- that is so common in games now it is a shock if you do not get backstabbed at least once.

I actually now find myself starting games with the "i'm onto you *****er!" attitude for everyone and everything.

Personally I would like to see an FPS with a single really deadly enemy rather than a horde of idiots.
