Well I''m just wondering, what web browser do you use?
Now I'm not techincally minded (much to my disapointment) and so I tend to go for the first thing I see, or at least is easy. With my current conncetion (UK BT Broadband) it comes with the default browser of Bt Yahoo, while not bad it's not great either. But it's simple and easy to use. The of course the eternal and ever lasting IE, this loads for my MSN and only MSN (annoying at times).
But recently I was chatting to a bunch of peeps of another site's chat and they all suggested Firefox, so I thought ***** it. Give it a go. So I have, and wow. For three weeks now I've been using this and it's much,, much nicer. I can customise more, the book marking is well done and I love the fact I can have fewer browsers open due to the tab bar. For those who don't know, this is basically where in a group of bookmarks you can tell the browser to open the entire thing up. But it uses the single browser, you get small tabs under the tool bar(s) to allow you to change website without a new browser. Very useful for multisite users like myself.
So yeah, I'm a big fan. Also the intergrated popup blocker and the various upgrades and downloads makes it that much better.
And the quetion is... what do you use?
I'm still in the stone age. I use Internet Explorer. You aren't the first to give great testamony about the firefox browser. Could you include a link to the download site?
yep im still an internet explorer persona s well with google as home page, and telewest broadband for internet connection lol but yeah would def like a link to firefox could u either post it or pm it please

I use Opera ( http://www.opera.com ) after a tip from Mead (the most into computers of us...) and it`s soo much better than explorer. It works soo much faster and alow much more downloads at the same time.

The beauty of freeware. My mum got Mozilla as a tip from a Techie at the school she worked at. This even as a tester was miles ahead of IE.
Then I got Firefox with PC Gamer on the CD and have used it since. IE may have the lion share of the net but thats only because people are too lazy to get anything different.
Firefox beats it hands down and has a much cooler icon.
Macs browser Safari is based on Mozilla i think.
PS: Other good freeware is Open office. I got his instead of paying £125 for Microsoft on my new Dell. It works well with less confusion than M Word and the files can be saved as all manner of things. Including .docs so that you can transfer files from Open Office to Microsoft.
Also Zone Alarm is a good freeware Firewall

Firefox as well.
It's great. Tabbed browsing and almost total pop-up elimination rocks my world
I use firefox too, with several extensions.
I use Firefox as well, but I have Internet Explorer because some programs like AIM Express or Launch Radio don't work with Firefox. I don't use it often now because I got Trillian for instant messaging and a sweet new sound system.
By the way, ArchonAstaroth, what does "jwu" mean? I see you have written it as a signature for all of your posts.
