What a crazy frikken game. It's really not that great, but Kais (the main character) is pure insanity. He takes out a room with like 4 SMs, countless other SMs, dozens and dozens of IG, and often with no one else to help him. He infiltrated and destroyed one of those huge Imperium cruiser things and destroyed it, for god's sake! If they made a special character out of him, he'd be stronger than the Forgeworld titans....
Imagine a normal FW doing all that - killing IG in close combat, taking out an SM from a couple feet away with a pulse carbine... heheh.
Just my two cents.
the game firewarrior, is largely regarded as a piece of sh*t, i personally have never played teh game, but yea....
Tau - Knights of the Frozen Wastes
Necrons - The Phalanx of Gleaming Death
CSM - Iron Warriors

I have never played the game myself, although I have been watching others play, but I have read the book (which I thought was rather good, unlike everybody else it seems. ) One explanation for Kais’ unusual combat abilities is of course that he’s the main character of a game, and that the player of said game would find it a tad annoying if he kept dying every time he met an opponent.
The book, however, has the reversed problem: what fun is a character that successfully completes all missions, kills all enemies, and easily saves the day over and over again? This simply wouldn’t make for a believable character, let alone a believable Tau. Therefore Simon Spurrier has made it the point of the storyline that Kais is not a normal Fire Warrior, but an abnormality in the Tau race, a regression to the earliest of Tau existence. He is Mon’Tau, possessed by chaos (not Chaos with Daemons and all, but the state of disorder and anarchy), and this makes him both an excellent warrior and rather frightening to his fellow Tau. He is the embodiment of what the Fire Caste was before the Ethereals. Fighting is not only about strength, after all, but also about wits and guts, and this Kais have plenty of. That’s why he’s so successful.

not a very good game. too glitchy. and really bad ai
When I said it was a crazy game, I didn't mean it was good, because it isn't, but that Kais is retarded good. They should make a special character for Kais... Or wait, in the Codex, I read that O'Shovah had Kais in his name somewhere, unless I read wrong. Is O'Shovah Kais?
they did make rules for kais. there in an old white dwarf (i think, well i at least remember a battle report between kais and fire warriors and word bearers)
