Welcome to Librarium Online!
There's a new blog entry added:
IntroductionsHey all, I'm going to use this to keep track of my painting and such. I'll probably mention anything else interesting I do here as well; although, I don't do much interesting stuff, so you don't have to worry about that. As of yesterday I've started an orc and goblin army for fantasy. Orcs have always been one of my favourite armies, but, as my best friend used to collect them when I first played; I've never bought any myself, not wishing to encroach on his territory. This battalion box was my first purchase. There is lots of flash on the sprues, and I hope I was just unlucky, with this just being a once of thing. I cleaned and based eight of the archers. I was hoping to get more done, but I chopped the top of my finger off. Uggh....
Holy C*** :w00t: how did you manage to chop off the top of your finger and did you manage to get it stitched back on?
as for the rest of your post i know all about the "encroaching on territory thing" but don't worry your friend will get over it otherwise he's not much of a friend!
By the way this may sound repetitive but welcome to L.O.
Maybe some slight exaggeration there on my part, but a part that used to be curved is now flat.
I haven’t seen said friend for about six years, so I guess he won't mind now.
Speaking of repetition, I might as well try and be creative. We doth welcome thee to our humble abode, namely the revered Librarium Online. Sorry, Shakespeare has gotten into my head (I'm studying his works at the moment).
Anyway, it's scary stuff. Even a flattening your thumb must have hurt! I was once doing the same thing and I cut deep into my thumb. The amount of blood that came out was amazing. Suffice to say, you just have to be careful around modelling knives... they hurt despite their seeming harmlessness.

Yeah you think you had it hard.
My brother throws knives at me! :w00t:
