Ok, I threw this at you guys about 1yr - 9 months ago, and I wanted to get new opinions.
So guys, what would you have the Human Race remembered by?
I wouldnt have the human race remembered for anything. If I had my way I'd be saying screw nature progress all the way, anything to live for ever. Then again I dont get my way on this for obvious reasons.
Anyway If it did have to be something I'd like it to be something permanent. Like Writing Humans ownz youz all!!! in the sky somehow.
Check out my Codex: Farmyard Animals here!
If anyone wants any kind of help writing fluff for any kind of GW army just ask.
The thoudands of years we spent in relative harmony and equilibrium with our environment before civilisation. !
Seriously, hmmm. Toughy. Lets face it, there may be more bad things than good (from a non human's pointof view for example.) Perhaps our ability to create or destroy using the same process? I mean neuclear physics etc.
Well, not too profound an answer, but hey, tough question eh ?
I would like humanity to be remembered for all the beauty that artists have created across history, paintings, music, literature, but I suppose that you would have to include contrasting ugliness to show why those things in particular were beautiful.
But I am a bit of a romantic, so that could be clouding my view/opinion

Becoming Gods. Duh.
Well if the human race is being remembered then it presumabaly we are extinct and presumably an alien race has discovered us to actually rememeber what we were like?
If this is the case then I think going out with a bang would be the best thing, something that has a cool name like the Massacre of Eros VI or the Nankal Incident. Something that you only have to mention and other other species will think those human £$%****£$"%

Well, I think I would want humanity to be remembered for our damn stubborness. There are a lot of times over humanity's history where if we had given up, we would have become or other horrible things would happen. What if the allied forces had given up during either of the World Wars? Mass killings, a nutcase in charge of the world...
Definitely our stubborness

Everything. Absolutely everything. Scientific achievements. Masterworks of arts. Altruism. Brutality. Justice. Crime. Intellectual advances. Comedy. Spoiling the environment. Preserving the environment. Histories of every nation. Everything. Any less is a fool's scribbling. We need the whole palimpsest of our existence recorded at our noblest and foulest moments. We are a race that has struggled with itself and its world. For every folly, there is wisdom; for every boon, there is loss. Give me the complete rendition, or give me nothing.
Show them beauty, for it needs no translation.
