I'm having difficulty getting rid of the smell of vomit after I was sick on my bedroom floor a couple of nights ago. My housemates are starting to complain.
I tried scrubbing with soapy water, then also used some Shake n' vac on it. But all to no avail. I've also used an entire can of Oust! in the room but it still reeks. Any help ideas would be very much appreciated.
By the way I think I should point out that I live in England so I need to be able to buy the product there. Thanks!
I read up on what some people had to say on t3h intarwebz and a lot of people seemed to claim that the stuff used to remove odours from pet urine/vomit/faeces etc was great for getting rid of the smell from human sick. So I headed down to the local hardware store and got a bottle of the stuff. Now I just have to wait and see^_^
why where you sick anyway? some of that famous english cooking i'll wager
I reckon it was from one or two, too many alocholic beverages!
Your a bad man Hambey, a very bad man. Look on the bright side you could have gotten sick in your bed! Its not pleasent to wake up to......believe me.

Chemicalcaveman is right, it was due to alcohol.
I was sick in my bed as well, but I just stuck the sheets in the wash and it seemed to do the trick.
However none of the above is worse than throwing up on your laptop. Now two of the buttons don't work, another two have swapped round, and it wouldn't start for two days >.<
Hmm, you may want to try incense. You can pick it up at any weird ass Chinese remedy shop, they can be quite powerful smell-wise, may mask the smell.

It works like a charm. I bought a truck that used to belong to a smoker, the cab reeked so I used an entire bottle of Febreeze and now I can't even tell cigarettes were smoked in it.
I didn't catch if it was vomit + carpet. If that's the case and the febreeze doesn't work you may have to spring for a new carpet or even get it professionally cleaned.
