    2000pt ridiculousness

Hey everybody, what I'm trying to do here is to make the most insane list I can at 2000pts. Now I don't mean competative, I mean I want a good cheap laugh from both me and my opponent out of this. It should follow the two O's of ogre kingdoms, Oversized and Overpowered.

What I want to make sure to field in here is at least one giant, a tyrant with the thundermace (as I find dropping a small blast template hillarious) and a butcher that has either the hellheart for hillarious miscasts or the halfling cookbook and bangstick. Leadbeltchers would be nice too for the random shots.

Help a buddy out so I know what to pick up with my christmas money. Please?

What I've come up with so far is...

    Tyrant - 321
    Mawseeker
    Tenderizer
    Greedy fist
    heavy armor
    Wyrdstone Necklace
    2 sword gnoblars
    1 luck gnoblar

    Butcher - 185
    skullmantle
    2 gnoblar thiefstones
    tooth gnoblar

    Butcher - 160
    Dispel Scroll
    tooth gnoblar

    3 bulls - 130
    ogrefists
    Bellower

    4 Ironguts - 194
    bellower banner
    runemaw

    4 Ironguts - 154
    bellower

    4 Ironguts -154
    bellower

    24 Gnoblar fighters - 48

    8 Gnoblar Trappers - 48

    2 leadbeltchers - 145
    Bellower

    Scraplauncher

    Slavegiant - Mr. Mittens

Looks good, i would drop the cleaver on the butcher and get a bang stick instead to draw out DD. I would drop the leadbelchers and add a scraplauncher for some pie plate action. Personally i would make 3 squads of 5 iron guts and that save you points to get magic banner. On the tyrant squad id get the maw banner to get rid of any nasty spells and i would add squad of gnoblers 25 strong to redirect the spells on to them.

3 squads of 5? That seems more point intensive than my current set up, and if so, where do I cut from? 3 of 4 possibly and then wang out the trappers for fighters maybe.

you laready have 12 irong uts, youll save points becuase youll have less bellowers which will then enable to to get a banner with the maw magic banner. To get the points i would drop the blood clever and siege breaker of your butcher(as they shoudlnt be in meele as they should be casting support seplls). If points still need then take out a leadbelcher and you should be good.

List updated. Im not sure if it will work rebounding a spell onto a unit with magic resistance. Though this would never be my first choice, its a nice backup if the gnoblars are gone or too far away.

The first thing i would buy is the Ogre battalion, it has all the basis you need and with the left over of Bulls and leadbelcher you get you can convert 5 more iron guts if you want to save even more money.

just need to buy one more box of ironguts and the scraplauncher then I'm set. I got an extra ogre base in my ironguts boxes and I use that to stick on four of the decorative gnoblar models to count as 4 gnoblars. Got the idea from the GW site, as they die in droves anyway, why not model a few on a large base for easy setup/removal.

Gladly my good sir. I've actually been reading your turorial along with all the others as well. Though I am curious as to why the ogre bored isn't that active.
