The tenderiser is a big investment for 1000 pts, it is better suited to a tyrant IMO.

If you droped it, you could get this:

    Bruiser 144 pts
    Heavy Armour, great Weapon

    3 Bulls 147 pts
    Standard, Musician
    Extra Hand weapon

    4 Bulls 186 pts
    Standard, Musician
    Extra Hand Weapon

    24 Gnoblars 50 pts
    Groin Biter!

And the rest, save the Greyback.

Wolf_Pack made some good points. Expensive magic weapons are better left at home for low-point games, and you'll want to maximize the number of Ogres on the table.

Personally, I'd drop the Yhetees altogether (though if you do keep them, at least get rid of the Greyback, as champions in the Ogre army aren't really all that useful except for Gnoblar ones). Of course, it all depends on whether or not you already have the models, and on your preference, but if the Yhetee's book it off the table because of their Ld 7, you'll be kicking yourself. You could get another unit of four Ironguts for their points, or even more Bulls.

4 Iron Guts w/ heavy armour, great weapon and bellower [202]
    24 noblars w/ groin bitter [50]

3 lead belcher w/ cannon, light armour and bellower [175]

Gorger w/ gaping maw and crusted talons [75]

That looks good, and yes, drop the Crushers. Champions for Ironguts, Leadbelchers, and Bulls aren't very useful as Ogres are damn hard troops by themselves. I'd say yes, get the Scraplauncher. It'll be devestating in a small points battle, I think.

The Leadbelchers are a good choice. I'd suggest advancing them with the rest of your line, firing once with them, then treating them as another unit of Bulls. This way you get even more close combat troops and they can take advantage of the Ogre Club rule.

The only issue you're going to have is breaking/panicking. Normally I'd suggest always making every unit of Ogres at least five strong but that's not feasable in this points size. If any unit takes even one casualty to shooting while on the advance, they might run. Still, the army seems good and hard for its size.

loose the unit champions, and get a 4th leadbelcher, and split them in 2 units, so the can still negate ranks when flank charging (and cause a panic) and keep firing away alternatively, so you constantly put presure on your opponent.

Well if you field a butcher, you still need a general, and that's at least 300 pts worth of caracters, a bit too much.
