Don't load up a bruiser with magical items at this point, heavy weapon heavy army and perhaps a gut maw is all you need really.

The scraplauncher is a cool toy to play with at 2000 pts, but it might hinder you by eating up a bit too much at 1000. if you you would choose to keep it, I would invest in more gnoblars, and use the scraplauncher to flank charge for them, using the first unit to bait for the ogres.

5 leabelchers mgiht have the same effect as the scraplauncher, keeping 2 would help get those gnoblars, and possible some bulls (try to make 1 unit for 3 with the bruiser, and a unit of 4)

also ogre unit champions are very expensive for that extra attack, 20 is a whole 10 gnoblars!

perhaps trappers? they screen well, and can go after warmachines it need be, or lone mages.

Better? I think I'll try out both, as the other list fits my theme (Ironskin Tribe) better.
