You need to have a bruiser for your general as a butcher cannot be one. I would also trade the leadbelchers for more bulls. I think they are too expensive for low points. You might also want to take the ironfists off. You need as many models as you can get in low points.
I have seen the Death Company: wild-eyed berserkers, who tear their enemys limb from limb, crush skulls with a single blow, snap spines and rip out organs. The Blood Angels are indeed ancient and terrible and only the foolish do not fear them.
You should use the warbands rules at this point. A maneater makes a great tough general, and while providing you with a stubborn unit.
while under the warband rules, you could use a single leadbelcher.
Units of 10-15 gnoblars are great under such rules, great flank support, or in units of 20, static CR.
I wouldn't bother with a gorger. with those points, you could grab a unit of trappers and have some spare change.
