Maneaters can all be equipped differently. this has its own benefits, but how do i go about dealing with wounds? do i allocate them like in 40k, where in a unit of 3 my opponent will need to deal 6 wounds before i take a model off, or does my opponent have to target each one specifically? I mean to take a small unit of them at the Ard Boyz, but I am unsure of how my opponent will deal with them.
The way its done in 40K now is completely new and only for 40K.
You do it like how they did it in 40K 4ed, where you roll all the saves then deal the wounds to models until it's removed
I'm pretty sure in the direwolf FAQ it says they are all rank and file, so they can't allocate hits to a specific armed model and kill it, so if you had a WS 5 one and they deliberately targeted it you still choose which model to remove when one dies. Think of it as an ogre picking up their dead friends weapon.
