Basic ogre options are:

They come w/ light armour and an ogre club. The ogre club gives an aditional -1 to the opponents save due to it being so big and powerful

They can buy a standard, musician, not sure about champion, and have an option of things called iron fists

Ironfists count as sheilds vs shooting, and in close combat can be used as either an additional close combat weapon or sheild.

Same stats as a regular ogre, base cost of 35 pts per model apparently.

So there you go, pretty cool, huh!

I think that might be for one type of unit only, the ones with the 'gutplates'.

im really annoyed because me and my friends made a pact not to collect orge kingdoms as we thought that we needed to finish our newly started armies and keep with them for a year. but i really want to start collecting orges, does anyone think that is i ok to just forget my pact and my beasts of chaos and start, its a little unethhical, but i dont care.

advice GREATLY eeded, please help, im so confused

I think you should stick with your army. Changing is a waste of time and money. Besides I think your games will be more fun with proper armies (IE NOT ogre kingdomes *just my opinion*)

good point, i have just spent £220 on my 2000 point army, its bad enough that i have to get more to suit my new list.

and what exactly do you define as a "proper army" i thinking that you dont like wood elves either, eh.

its just the thought of using bull ogres and leadbelchers :shifty: :shifty: :shifty:

You can compromise: get DoW ogres for your beastmen army! They're beasty enough, eh?
