So I am imperial guard player turned to ogres. So im used to using ordnance templates. You can understand that I like scraplaunchers. My question is, should I drop my 4 lead belchers from my 2000pt list and substitute them with a second scraplauncher leaving about 55 excess points for "stuff" or should I keep my 1 scraplauncher and 4 leadbelchers?
I think you're answering your own question there, if you like ordnance weapons so much, go for a scraplauncher. Remember that you can only field 2 scraplaunchers if you have 2 units of gnoblars, and 2 units of bulls.

Behind the Tyrant it'slef or any character Lead Belchers are my favorate unit in the entire game of fantasy battle (and I collect 2 Armies :lol: )
Reasons why Leadbelchers are Better
They Get A bull charge
They Can More than hold their own in Combat
When the Cannons work, They work (yesterday I got 30 bullets off 4 Belchers)
they can stand and shoot as a charge reaction (The amount of times it saved me)
They can and shoot at long distance and it still doesn't affect thier accurracy

Definatly keep the leadbelchers. You don't really want to have to assemble another Scraplauncher do you?

I've found the 'Launcher fine to put together. And whilst "When Leadbelcher's Work, They Work!" I've recently had 3 Leadbelchers fire at my Scar-Veteran with no magic items and cause a grand total of one wound. Great shooting guys...
Why can't the be more like the HBVG for the Empire (all hits) over 1/2 distance S4 half roll hits and close S5 artillery dice hits :p
cause they good enough already.
Belchers, without a doubt, a str 3, frenzied, stone thrower/chariot has far to many weaknessess for my liking.
Sides the belchers make great supporting units
Turn 1: Use cannons as cannons
Turn 2: Cannons become improvised clubs.
