Ok got a quick question. With maneaters they can be fielded in a unit size of 1+. Now if you take just that one say in a small points game does he/she have 360 line of sight as with a character?
Thanks in Advance.
No they don't, only single models on foot and skirmishers do as far as I know, meaning models on 20-25mm bases by themselves, and I think only if they are characters or have the rule.
Only mansize models on foot can get a 360' arc of sight, ogre caracters must use the 90' arc as any other ogre size model.Originally Posted by Master Jabu
Manakari and I were discussing this last night, and we weren't sure. The reason of the uncertainty is because in the BRB it says models with 5 or more wounds are deprived of the 360 LOS, and maneaters have less than that.
This is covered by the base-chart in the 2002 annual. Only US1 lone characters have 360° LOS.
Why can't GW just create a single compilation of important information? Some of the rules they have are listed in materials that are out of print or next to impossible to get a hold of.
Thanks for the informationon the question and on the 2002 annual. I suppose that once the new edition is released those things will be obsolete.
