hey all, there was an arguement on this other fourm i post on, and the argument was about making the ultimate tyrant.
Someone suggested that an ogre tyrant with mawseeker is immune to stupidty when he joins up with some maneaters. This is shown in the BRB. so i was wondering, is this possible?
becasue that would be an awesome combo. An extra 1 toughness for only 15 points, truly a steal.
Someone else said that you can get it for sure legally if you take mawseeker and jade lion, as you get rerolls for psychology tests, which reduces your chances of failure to a mere 1.2% i tihnk.
comments, and or vicious tyrant combos to be posted here!

How does being with a stubborn unit negate stupidity? What exactly does it say in the BRB about that and where?
Maneaters are immune to psychology.Originally Posted by Mishra

Because a character in the unit gains the benefits of the unit being immune to panic, fear and terror, but it doesn't negate the characters personal psychology rule of stupidity.Originally Posted by untitledmike
It's just like making your saurus scar-vet or oldblood immune to psychology with a sacred spawning and then putting him on a cold one. The saurus character's immunity to psychology doesn't negate the stupidity check the cold one forces on him.
I get what you are saying now. And I agree, the tyrant wouldn't. That is why many armies have special abilities or magic items one can give to characters to give them the Scout ability. Otherwise, you can't just put a hero in a unit and allow it to scout. Also, that would mean that, in the cases where an O&G player puts a hero into a unit of trolls to up their leaderhip, these characters would now be stupid. I get it...
Yeah, that's what I was getting at. :yes:Originally Posted by untitledmike
