Complete and Utter Chaos List - Friendly

I am trying to make a hilariously fun list (clearly friendly) for O&G while still using some of the new models. The idea for this list came up because I play against Dwarfs constantly and I was trying to think of the cheapest way to kill their high-armor basic infantry. The "theme" of this list is "Utter Chaos" which IMHO is very fitting for Orcs / NGs / etc...

Thoughts? If I've done my math correctly that is 35 Fanatic or Fanatic-like nut jobs spinning or flying around while no-saving people on the board.
