ok im over all the night goblin lists and have ditched mine for a different approach to goblins ALL COMMON GOBLINS , this is like a revolutionary force so no chariots, wolfs , or warmachines or anything over 3 points except for charactors.

Goblin great shamen , lvl 4 , buzgobs knobbly staff , warboss umms best big boss at.

Goblin shamen , lvl 2 , staff of sneaky stealin (annoys opponents) , dispell scroll.

goblin shamen , lvl 2 , dangly wotnots.

goblin shamen , lvl 2 , itty ring.

goblin big boss , great axe

goblin big boss , bsb , light armour , big reds raggedy banner.

50 goblins , light armour , full command ARDGROTZ

50 goblins . light armour , full command , ARD grotz

50 goblins , full command .

50 goblins , full command .

50 goblins , full command .

50 goblins , full command .

50 goblins , full command .

50 goblins , full command .

28 goblins , musician.

28 goblins , musician.

total :2000

the basic tactic is to hammer the enemys good units through the power in magic , then jump swamp the enemy with my huge units , iv used units of 50 before and they seem to be the best number for me , i have alot of naked 50 man units with full command which can stand in combat through the huge numbers . i generally put my great shamen in a 50 man unit with full command , as he just stands back and shoots of magic and the big bosses take the army in.

I guess a single terror causing creature will get these lad running quite fast right? you have no way to deal with big things, rethink and add some warmachines.

I don't even play Warhammer Fantasy(but i am planning on it in the near future).

Even so, WOW.

Just the sight of that force on the tabletop would make me rethink my dicision to fight you.

I hate to say it Silver, but that list won't work too well for you at all. Goblins need hard hitters in order to win, supporting units that are already engaged (wolf riders and chariots). And of-course, there is goblin leadership to contend with (if it can be called that!): testing on Ld 6 or 7 at best will hurt a lot. I'm also surprised that there are no war machines in the list, you can't rely on O&G magic to do all of the work for you. One panic check could well lead to a ripple taht takes out your entire force!

I'm in agreeance with Grimbog on this one. For a Gobbo horde army to work, they have to have a mixture of units to complement there large numbers. Warmachines, chariots, andfanatics are a must have. The chariots protect the vulnerable flanks, the warmachines assist the magic users, and the fanatics hold of enemy charges that might otherwise decimate the gobbo's and cause multiple panic tests to the low LD fella's. Well, that's my opinion anyway, as I can't see a list like this doing overly well, but it would be fun to play.

y not add chariots, warmachines, and wolf riders. They are all used by common gobbos (the bully just bullies em). Put em in , you'll love them.

Also an army which focuses too much on one aspect of the army (all-knight bret armies and this one) will always die as people talyor there lists to take you down and get boring very quickly.
