Well lately I've been tinkering with some ideas of what I want to do to make a new and stranger greenskin list. So, after knocking down the idea of painting tons of goblins I came up with this. Let me know what you think and how you think ti will do.
4 x Level 2 Goblin Shaman -- 360 points
2 x 5 Wolf Riders w/Short Bows -- 120
4 x 20 Night Goblins w/Short Bows and 2 fanatics -- 440
7 x 13 Arrer Boyz -- 637
4 x Spear Chukka with Bully -- 160
2 x Rock Lobba with bully -- 150 (I don't remember if they are 70 a piece or 75)
2 x Doom Diver with Bully -- 170
Look on opponents face when your shooting phase takes an hour priceless. For over rated BS 4 shooting there are elves, for everything else there are greenskins.
Also, I think you will end up shooting yourself a lot. But why play orcs if you don't?
I like the list, but keep in mind if the table is loaded with terrain you will be in trouble. You have nothing to deal with Choas Knights that approach your lines under cover.Originally Posted by The Green Knight
Since you like "Strange" here is my suggestion.
Drop a couple of the Arrez Boyz and pick up some Wolf Chariots. Hold them off looking for a hard unit and slam them into it. You can get two chariots as ONE special choice. Oh, keeping with your army "Flavor" you can give the chariots short bows.
brilliant, I like it. I don't know if I will ever actually build the army, but I might proxy it for a game just for grins. It woudl be a lot of models that I would have no use for in any other orc & goblin army.
