Welcome to Librarium Online!
Well, to start things off, Im still rather new, and still concidering the Orcs and Goblins army to start playing. Ive come up with a quick 1000 point list and id like to see what other people think of it. Any advice you guys might have would be appreceated.
Black Orc Big Boss-
Heavy Armor, Spiteful Shield
Orc Shaman (planning on sending him in with the Black Orcs)-
Level 2, Skull wand of Kaloth
Night Goblin Shamen-
Level 2,Dispell scroll x 2
20, Shields, Command
Forest Goblin Spider Riders-
Oh.. but i dont look so good with all those.. tentaclly things..
I am by no means an experienced player in Fantasy, but having just designed a 1000 list, I'd say you're pouring too many points into characters that aren't definitely going to turn the tide of battle for you.
I'd consider dropping one of them at least to boost your numbers count. I reckon for Orcs and Goblins in a 1000 point game, you want to be putting as many models on the board as possible, or at least closing in on them ASAP.
Try some boars or a chariot or two. Boar Chariots are invaluable apparently.

Quannum, funkin' out in every way. Since 1987.
Twenty Night Goblins with spears, full command, and a fanatic is 125 points.
The list looks ok, but needs a few tweaks.
-Drop the Spiteful Shield it's effects rarely happen. A regular shield is good enough.
-Skull wand of Kaloth Isn't worth it. With only one attack, it will rarely work.
-Spread out your dispel scrolls. If one model dies, you'll only lose one, not both.
Everything else looks good.
