As the title states I need some help designing a roster that can beat high elves. I play a full night goblin roster with a giant usually 1500. Any advice fro you seasoned players would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I found that fanatics work a treat... low toughness/high cost elves get trashed by fanatics. Just like any elite amry they dont have much in the way of numbers either so capitalise on your ability to field a horde... run forwards and unleash a mass of fanatics at them then watch the carnage!
“You know wot the chain o’ command is? It's the chain I go get and bash you wiv 'till you understand who's in ruttin' command round here.”
This is exactly how I started 8 years ago. I have a NG list and my buddy has a swordmaster, calvary, teclis list. You need to have a very high magic pool have a chance at defeating them. A doomdiver and a unit of Ogre leadbelchers is also a must. Give these unit a try and lemme know how it works for you.
Use chariots, the new high elves may always strike first but impact hits go before that. Hit a unit of squishy elves with 2 goblin chariots and you will wipe the front rank out and then job done.
Helper monkey, bring me beer and donuts
