Welcome to Librarium Online!
I'm having a dispute with an orc player, he says he can do this........
I'll give you an example of the situation.........
There's an enemy on my left flank, and i can't charge him because he's not in my 90 degree arc. I declare Waaagh, and roll enough to get a We'll Show 'em result. I turn 90 degrees to my left (only costs 1" movement). Now he's in my charge arc. Next phase is declare chargers, i charge him
I've been playing where i can't do this. If you can, that's awesome.
Don't forget, your vision as far as a unit is concerned is the 90 degrees of your front arc, thus if you can't charge him (as per your original statement) you can't see him. Thus you move straight forwards.
So no, not by your described example (magical waagh and forced movement are different)

You will move straight forwards. Of course you can turn in the movement phase and magically charge too if you want to... which you do!
Cheers, yes that's what i've been saying as well
You have to go towards the closest visible enemy (i.e. one in your 90-degree arc), and if no enemies are visible then you go directly forwards. No turning or wheeling to get a unit into your arc of sight - that's just cheating
