Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.
All that for $200, plus you could maybe talk him down...you would be crazy not to! What you are getting sets you up for a mixed army but NG heavy, I love NG so I think that is fine. You are missing more blocks of regular orcs (if you wanted to go orc heavy), artillery, and a giant or two. The main thing is though, even if you don't use everything that you buy, you are still getting about 5x the models as you would if you were buying them new, and it gives you options for later on when you want to try different kinds of lists, such as all NG
