I know someone selling 3 boxes of last editions orcs (you know the 1 with teh artwork on the fron of the box not pictures of figures)
I tend to like the look of modern figures...so in short is there any difference between them and the 1's in modern boxes?

modern isnt the right term. I got a box of 7th ed. orcs in the artsy box and it was the same thing. GW has just been recently repackaging their products with 'shopped (de-based) pictures. Unless you're talking about pre-new book orcs, there's no difference.

Well, if memory serves me, the only difference is that now you get 19, where before you got 16...I think.
