1 night goblin regiment
1 Forest Goblin Spider Riders
Lords and Heroes:
night goblin warboss on giant squig
I need you're help!
Can I convert Black orcs to Black Goblins
If it's going to be a goblin only army, why do you need to bother converting Orcs of any form into Goblins? Why not just use Goblins?
Most people you are likely to game against probably wouldn't mind you using an Orc to represent a Goblin, but some may not like it. There also may be issues with base sizes - are Orcs on the same sized bases as Goblins, because that could make a bit of a difference.
That said, this sounds like a very interesting idea. I can see a lot of scope for some fantastic conversions already!

I wouldn't think so - the Orc armour would be too big, and model-wise you'd have to remove the Orc from his armour in order to put it on to a Goblin.
There might be a few plates and shoulderpads or some-such on the sprue you can use, but again there would be disparities in sizes, I would think. I'm starting to just guess here, I have very little experience with Orc or Goblin models.
If you want armour on your Goblins, it might be an idea to look in to using Green Stuff and/or plasticard (also known as Sheet Styrene) to model it on yourself. Still a fair bit of work but I think it would be easier than using Orc armour.
