Welcome to Librarium Online!
this week I finally finished a pump wagon conversion i made from scratch - yay me, and wanted to share that with all of you (aka showing off... ). I originally posted about my new Sbotling Pump Wagon on the modelling subforum, but wasn't sure if all you greenies get over to that part of town ever so often. So here it is in all its glory - my Snotling Wind Wagon! (sorry for the tiny pics, but if you follow the linky link you can see em much bigger)
Powah to da Waaaaagh!!!

HotDANG now thats a cool conversion!,
the bits you used are so simple but you really did a good job here, its as orcy as it can get and it looks like a proper pumpwagon.
i want one
Warchief Diggah o da Bloodmoon Squiggahs
Love it! the confused snotling in the last pic holding a bag of...something and scratching his head. "What's this than?"
I've been pondering the pump wagon model online for a while now, wondering how I oculd make one from scratch. I might be stealing your idea....just as soon as I finish my green stuff slann, a bunch of dwarven artillery+gyrocopter and ironbreakers converted from 40K chaos marines..... There will be pics one day....
Seeing conversions like this are one of the reasons this game/hobby is so much fun!
And, Palos, i know how you feel. I have tons of stuff to paint, converse and the likes. Good thing that i have a job, where i can actually do just that and still get paid (working as a roleplaying educator thingy at a youth center).
But the next big conversion is a rock lobber. Same idea - goblins aren't skilled enough to make two that looks the same, so buy one, and build the other. Other than that there is still the orc boss on wyvern to paint and the other 30+ models to paint... sigh...and i want to make a snotling hot air balloon... imagine that.. utter chaos... beautiful... girl can dream
Goblin/and/or Snotling, Hot Air Ballon! It's what I was talking about in another thread here! I wished GW would write it into the next O&G book... thought it could drop rocks once/game and carry a handful of troops. A whole fleet(5 or so) could combine to carry a larger unit. Surgical strikes! of course, greenskin surgery is very, very messy.
I wonder what it could count as? The pump wagon or Doom Diver?
Looking forward to seeing what you post next, and, I might be slowly racing you on that Balloon....
Hehe. I was more thinking it as a bomber kind of thingy. I mean, im a goblin man only (except the boss, gotta have that Ld), so shock troops is not an option. Even though parashooting fanatics does have a nice ring to it... muhahaha... But yeah, completely random movement, was thinking random direction dice, and 4d6 move, and if it hit a table edge it just came in the next turn with 2d6 move or something. Of course its a large target, so my guess it that it would last about ½ a round before it was shot down by some pesky pointy ears or something.
None the less - its gonna be a beauty
Powah to da Waaaaagh!
