What are your views of putting orcs in a goblin army? I need to fill out my army list if me and my friends are gonna play border princes.
Just gonna have a regiment of simple orcs, choppa and shield.
How to put them with the fluff? They are slaves? They are addicted to Brew and hafta fight to get it? They are demented orcs who grew up among goblins and thus think they are goblins?

I would probably say that they're your goblin boss' personal 'bruisers'. He beat them in an arm wrestle / fight / squig-tossing competition an now he's won their respect and servitude, so they go about smacking gobbo's around to keep army morale up for him!

    How dowes taht sound?
The iron crowned is getting closer,
Swings his hammer down on him,
    Like a thunderstorm he's crushing,
    Down the Noldor's proudest king.

Under my foot, so hopeless it seems.
You've troubled my day, now feel the pain.

I'm deeply dissapointed by this Wickedrock, I thought you were a faithful goblin disciple, and here you are, inviting orcs into your army........ *sniff*

    Aw, never mind. Just kidding
    If you must, you must,

I thought your idea about demented orks was a really great idea. If you managed to"dress them up" as goblins as well, they would be really cool. (goblin shields, goblin weapons, goblin hats)
Either that or you could combine the orc and goblin sprues and just make them big goblins. (hill goblins for example). You could give them goblin heads, and maybe arms or torsos too.
I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel allright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace, and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more.

    Goblin kroozade of revengyness: win:19 draw:10 loss:9

In my first gobbo army game,i used 2 squads of normal savage orcs 25 strong w/ warpaint and 2 HW's. I figured the goblins would be their slave drivers too actually, since i thought savage orcs would be more easily subdued, being stupid and driven by their urges more than what little thought they have. Very easy to imagine the gobbos pointing at an enemy unit and screaming at the orcs that they had stolen their dinner or ale, then the orcs charging after them.

Hmm, I was thinking of adding some savage orcs into my night goblin mayhem (giving at least a chance of a win). Thanks for the excuse.

I can understand the whole 'orcs b eating around goblins' thing. In my all common gobbo army my goblin warlord has a height complex, and allows nothing over his own height to be a part of his army!

What if you say the orcs are actually goblins who've munched down on some 'steroid' mushrooms that a (now deceased) night goblin shaman gave them? ^_^
