I have finally gotten around to taking some photo's of my models and thought I'd throw some up here.
Im no David Bailey so my photo's aren't the best, actually, I'm no 'Eavy metal painter either so my painting isn't brilliant, but, I get a lot of pleasure from it and it looks good on the table!
Hope you like these, I'll add more pics here when I get a chance
First up is one of my favourites.
This is my Night Goblin BSB. Converted from a Fanatic with an Orc banner.
I had to put him on a 40mm base as he kept falling over, even with a magnetised base!
None of my opponents have had an issue when I explain that, for gaming purposes, the BSB is actually in the front corner of the base.
This is the Not-So-Jolly Green Giant
He's not quite finished yet, I'm making an armour 'vest' from various different shields, strung together with wire.
You cant quite make it out in this photo, but, I increased his arm and shoulder muscles with green stuff and gave him spikey 'knuckle-dusters' made from Black Orc shields
Here is my Looted Goblin Wolf Chariot
I'm not to keen on the GW Wolf Chariot models but find them very effective on the battlefield.
This photo doesn't show a couple of my favourite touches very well (the burning arrow and scorch marks around the front and the blood pool inside from the previous owner!)
This is my first, scratch-built, Wolf Chariot
The base is made from wooden coffee stirrers and spare pieces from the Arachnarok box. The wheels are from a Skaven Doomwheel.
The symbol is from a Boar Boys box, the main beam is a club from the Giant box.
