20 Night goblins in a unit are too few. Try to make that unit 30 strong at least. And the wolf riders, well...bit unfluffy, just like the bullies with the spear chukkas. Besides if you give them light armour they are no longer fast cavalry, and then they aren't very useful. I should exchange them for more night goblins or war machines.

In a 1000 point list 20 Gobo's might be ok, I've run 3 units of 20 with full fanatics before and been fine.

Break the wolf riders into 2 units of 5 and ditch the light armor, consider making 1 a unit of bows. That way you have a unit that can stop marching units, and a cheap harass unit. Don't both with command, possibly a banner though, if they take wounds they are running anyway.

You dont need the bullies with the spear chukkas, if you do your deployment right then you don't have to worry about scouts, and the leadership isn't a problem.

Snizbak Funguseata: consider dropping the items all together, give him a great weapon...3 str 6 attacks is sweet. And armor saves with gobbo's dont help anyway.

Handsome Joe: consider another option. your talking making a leadership 5 units, 6 with the character stubborn. If your banking on that, then your running anyone. Save the points, give him a great weapon, add more gobo's to the units.

20 Night Gobo unit, needs fanatics, a good option is sometimes to field 2 in each unit, instead of 3 in 1 unit.

Total cost for army as laid out=less than $200, not bad for a 1000 point list.

Instead I'll Swap/Sell you some 40mm monster bases so you can put the snotlings/mushrooms/arrows outta the ground on 'em to make a few snotling bases.
