I'm a newbie and I'm currently building an 'Ard Boyz army. I few a goblin wolf riders however and was thinking about what to do with them. As I thought, the idea of an all goblin army mounted on wolves came top me. That would be wolf riders and wolf chariots.
Is this a crazy idea? Has anyone built any army like this before? Any thoughts?
Yes, I do know I would have to have some chukkas and lobbers. Also thinking a couple of pump wagons would be good. Regardless, tell if this is an outrageous idea.
No your not crazy, i've done it in 500 point games, and I know some who actually uses it. Don't expect to win, because half, or more of your units run off the board. Remember that 3D6 break rule. Its a blast to use because by turn 2 your into their units, or you can manuever around and make multiple flank charges. Its a lot of fun, but not for the weak stomached
40K-Beakies(9-14-4),Guard(4-7-2),Orks(34-12-11). FANTASY-Dwarves(15-6-7),Beasts (14-14-1), Skaven (17-17-10) DoC (6-1-2). CYGNAR (28-15-1)
i know alot of people that have a wolf rider army , but they generally cant stay on the board, yes multiple flank charges are good but they are weak and have crappy leadership , add some pump wagons for some killing power.
