Not anymore, its gone in 7th ed, if Im right.
But it aint that cheezy. Its a small chance that the enemy will fire a spell at that unit you have it in, and even if he does its just 50% chance of sucessfully reflecting it. And when the enemy knows you have it with that unit, he will surely not cast spells at it again. So its a once per game 50% chance of reflecting a spell with one specific unit. The only way I have used it is if I got a very expensive unit that is sensitive to spells. Such as a wyvern.
