Just finished this Night Golbin, it was free on the cover of White Dwarf here in Australia. I normally paint Warhammer 40K but I don't play anything, just paint.
This goblin was fun and I've been thinking of trying some of the new Ork Warbosses from the new range.
Obviously haven't based it yet. Any suggestions? I was thinking of doing the standard thing.
That one´s nice dude! And if it is your first mini in fantasy then its great.
But one big problem with those n.gobbos is that the eyes seem so unpersonal as they are so big. Try putting a very small dot of blazing orange in the middle of em. (makes em look really sneaky)
The base can be done in many ways, but I only know one good:
paint the whole base graveyard earth, then glue sand on the top of the base, and perhaps some small pebbles. Then glue big dots of static grass as turves. And if you carefully blow on the grass when its about to stick, it stands up more naturally.
If you want I can post some pics of my testgobbo, but the photos look kind of...orange.
Greetings from Sweden

Great painting mate. Certainly much better than my Night Gobbos.
Welcome to Fantasy. You can't go wrong with Orcs and Goblins, there are so many choices to paint, witrh troops coming in all shapes and sizes.
Wood Elves 2/0/1
Orcs & Goblins 0/1/0
Next Army - Tomb Kings
Welcome to fantasy, nice paint job, best of luck painting the buckets of night gobo's you will need as i'm speaking from lots of experience. Its worth it though

Thanks for your encouragement but these will probably be my last unles WD has more free stuff on the front or I do some commision work (though I think I need to be a little better for that).
And I'll most certainly try that orange pupil thing.
