Hi people,i am new in wh and i decide to start collecting Orcs and Goblin. Only problem is thet i dont know what to buy for start army!! If can someone help me and give O&G start army?? Tnx
I'd say, buy the Battle for skull pass. Gives you a lot of models for a price of which no one can argue, is cheaper then buying the models in seperate boxes. Just add in some boxes of Orks and your pretty set. (I mean, 40 Night goblins w/ spears, 20 archers, a troll, 10 spider riders, a goblin shaman & a uhm.. yeah, another goblin leader  atleast that's what I thought it was.. all out of my head)
Sell the dwarves and you could probably buy another set of Orks for that amount. Or.. even trade the dwarves for another batch of Goblins from the Skull pass box.
Unless of course you want a specific army.. .and then I think any O&G specialist should come in and help.
I agree with Chaoschrist on buying Skull Pass, but not on buying Orks. I would think it would be much better to buy Orcs instead. Seriously people! Stop spelling Orc with a 'k'!
Anyway, Claza, I'll help out since you spelled Orc right
Like has been said, Skull Pass is an excellent deal since you get a lot of Night Goblins for not all that much cash, the quality of the sculpts is certainly good enough for lowly Night Goblin rank and file and you don't have to spend ages putting together hundreds of goblins since they're single part models.
After that, it's really up to you since O&G is such a diverse army. Unless you want a themed goblin army I would certainly recommend buying Orcs. If you do you would probably want several boxes, and if you want Black Orcs in your army then try to get the limited 20 Black Orc box while it's still around. I think the new big plastic army set might be a good buy since it contains a lot of things and it's likely you'll want most of them. Have a look at it anyway, since you do save a lot of cash over buying stuff individually.
Generally though, my advice would be, to just buy models you like and then turn them into a army afterwards. I think that's quite a good approach for friendly play where winning isn't all that important. If winning is very important then there are plenty of veterans who could give better advice than I can.
Oh, and welcome to the forums
