I coud exchange...

2 Buggies and the grot squad to a 5 man strong warbike squad with Nob who has a PK, that would bump me up to 1K, but i have little anti-tank, thoughts?

Look at your codex again; the points on the trukk squads and meganobz are a tad off. And your instincts on the grotz are correct; waste of points, that's another meganob. Otherwise, good, standard freeks list.

Is this enough anti-tank? i only have 4 twin linked rokkits, and with ork shooting im only getting on average 2 rokkits a turn im sure the claws will do most of the work haha

Over several lists we've discussed, you seem to be pretty attached to the bikes. To each his own, especially with Orks; but your anti-tank woes might be solved if you scrapped them and beefed up that Meganobz squad. (You also need to fix their LD problem, w/ perhaps a Mega-armored Warboss instead of Mek?) So basically, ditch the bikes and take more meganobz and a boss; or ditch the meganobz and maybe pick up some lootaz. The pros and cons:

Pros for more meganobz/warboss: You have a good deathstar in 1k that can stomp nearly anything. AV14 squeezed into 1k is also not a problem.

Cons: You lose the bikes; and the KFF.

Pros for ditching the meganobz: You get to keep your bikes; and IF you replace them with some static Lootaz (IN COVER!) you gain some reliable, ranged, anti-tank for everything AV13 and below.

Cons: AV14 is much harder to handle; so you'll need to divert your boyz (bad, they should be killing enemy troops) and you lose the ability to deal with super units that sometimes dominate 1k lists. (What happens when that BA player brings a land raider stuffed with Mephiston and 10 death company and instead of 5 meganobz and a megaarmored warboss in a trukk you have.....5 bikers and 10 lootaz (useless against that land raider). Sure, that's 3/4 of his list, but you're going to have a very tough time not getting tabled.

In sum: I know you love your bikes; but I recommend leaving them on the shelf for larger points levels. Either way, certainly don't take only 3 meganobz by themselves in a trukk. That would be a terrible shame if they ran off the board.

i think this is a pretty kickass list, except for the anti tank issue, wouldnt the powerclaws be useful against them? unlikely to do much but i have quite a lot of them

It is a good list; and everyone has their own preferences. More than any army, Orks are definitely, fun first. You should have plenty of fun while still kicking some A with it. But if you face say, BA or GK; I might lose the bikes, beef up the meganobz and take a warboss in mega instead of the big mek. But generally speaking, very good all comers list for 1k.

Blood Angels and Grey Knights. Against the more elite, assaulty lists; you may want to trade bikes for more meganobz, and your big mek for a mega'd warboss.

MEQ armies tend to pack a lot more powers swords/fists, why would MANz benefit him more?

It doesn't have to be Nobz in mega-armor. But he had already featured them, so I presumed he liked them, and I recommended beefing them up over the inclusion of the bikes.

He needs more powerklaws against assaulty MEQ lists; lest his entire army be rolled by one superunit. That doesn't mean his superunit will prevail. But a push on that score can help his conventional force pull it out. MANz have 2 wounds; so when used correctly, they'd be more likely to surive to use their PK's than say, a squad of trukkboyz with 1 PK. Could it get wiped by higher initiative PW's? Sure, but so could the boyz or the bikes. It's about positioning for the best chance.
