This is my Blood Axe Warboss. I tried to make him look as Imperial Guard as possible. Gave him a Commissar cap, Cadian armor, a cape, and a monocle.

SOme of the best deffkopta to bike conversion i've seen yet! And i like the sword on that warboss model, is it an eviserator?

Actually the sword was scratch made from green stuff, plasticard and bits. I modeled it after the an Imperial commissar chainsword.

Battlewagon pulled by Termaguants.
Required:
5-10 Termagaunts, Genestealers or Rippers
Lots of greenstuff (Or chains/rope would work)
Battlewagon.

Keep up the converting guys, some really nice ones on here now

If you remember, you could also suggest which box sets/blisters you need for the conversion, that would help people interested in making their own I suppose
