Bu some cruel twist of fate, I've taken it upon m'self to do an army of Scottish orks. It's just that the Warboss, name of Willum Waaaghluz, badly needs a power klaw-more. It functions same as a power Klaw (I1, even an ork has a hard time with a sword that big), just a really big sword.

Is there ay source in fantasy that as a sword that looks like a two handed claymore? especially the Quatrefoils If I can get a hold of them.

Something that screams:

"They can take our lives, but they can nevur take our Dakka! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!"

And I know what you're asking, and yes, they ALL have kilts.

Love the idea - such a golden concept!

Don't quite know if its what you're looking for, but what about the sword from the Soulgrinder kit (Chaos Demons)? Probably a bit to pricey to buy just for one bit, but you might be able to get one from someone who's built the 'grinder with the claw hand...

Just a thought.

I'm currently using Abbaddon the Despoiler's Demon weapon for my chaos terminator lord, I know its not an ork, but it looks pretty decent.

Depending on how big you want the sword, and how much you want it to look like a claymore here's a few options:

Crom the Conqueror's sword - Hordes of Chaos: a little jagged but serviceable
Keeper of Secrets, Slaanesh greater daemon - chaos: huge sword, not very claymore like
Kurt Helborg - Empire
St Celestine - Witch hunters - it may be a little gaudy though

these swords may be big enough for the warboss, and with a little bit of modification and some small celtic earrings for the hand guard you could make them look very good

this is my opinion

Empire Greatswords:

GW Online : Warhammer : Empire : Empire Miniatures Gallery - Greatswords

They are claymores which is great, it is may not be big enough for a warboss. but the rest of the hordes could use them ^_^
