All order models are legal as far as i know.
Praise be to the Emperor!!

It is so wild how different models look from the 90s to now. I love the classic look of some older models like this one where you can really see that they were really stretching their imagination and kit bashing their own stuff to make something totally new.

He look tiny, and people won't like that.
W/D/L Rumpin' BackThumpa's WAAAGH, 38/3/21

I would say no. No big shoota, no power klaw, no mega armor, it looks nothing like how the rules in the current dex represent him. He is a legal model for use as maybe... a boy or a nob, but you would be very hard pressed to convince someone that puny Ghazskull is the same Ghazskull in 5th. I also doubt any serious tournament organizer who observes wysiwyg rules would allow it either.

It'd be hillarious to field that model as big Ghaz! heheheheh

Whether they liked it or not they would be forced to. It is an official GW model FOR that character. I kinda like it. What you're suggesting is that any veteran player who has that model might as well throw it in the trash and take out their wallet to buy a brand new $40+ version of a perfectly good model that they already possess.
To say this is much like stating that no serious TO would accept the use of old Space Marine Missile Launchers as they do not resemble them as they are now but elongated mushrooms with a dome indent to fit on a shoulder.
It is kind of interesting to see both sides of the coin weighing in on this one. And I guess I should have prefaced this question with the fact that most of my army is the 2nd ed box set "clown" boyz and autogun grots.
