are you sure about this? first of all squiqs are wargear, represented on the warboss model on itself. 2nd, these things are tiny, and I have yet to find a specific rule saying this...if you could reference me to a page please

Im going with NO b/c of 2 reasons: 1- the squigs/ammo runtz or whatever count as wargear when calculating leadership, mob size, and everything else that is important they are left out of. So it leads me to think that they don't matter. 2- When the warboss or whoever the squigs/grots are "with" die the grots/squigs are taken out as well. This is to show that they are more of a wargear option then a model. Since wargear options do not take up a space in the warturck and it doesn't say otherwise then i say NO it doesn't take up any space.

Look in the Warboss's transport option. If the WB and bodyguard, INCLUDING, grots or squigs taken as wargear, number 10 or less, they can take a wartrukk. This is fairly clear... Plus the "wargear" has a seperate characteristics profile, so counts as a different model ( ammo runts can still be hit by templates ). | |

i say NO. they are Wargear. same as ammo grunts. they do not count as victory points nor do they count as models on the field.

Think about it this way, anything with a base is a model, therefore Squigs and runts are models. A trukk can hold 10 models, that stated, Yes, they take space in transports.
