Welcome to Librarium Online!
I don't know about this Character. I was thinking of her as a young Radical from a deuling background too young to see the folly of her ways yet still having wormed her way into power.
Born to under age parents Valancia had a hard life. Working for multiple gangs before entering a pit fighting ring as a captured slave. She fought in the rings for 5 long years. She was never very good in the rings and she nearly died when an ogryn put a spear head through her left lung. She always got out of the dangerous situations in the rings with what she called her "energy". She was taken by a radical as a guard for one of his secret hideouts. In his service she revealed her slight psychic potential, just enough to be added as a adept in his service. Years passed and after 19 long years She was summoned to his chamber. There her master and 2 other radicals gave her inquisitorial status. Soon after her former master was mysteriously killed. Once in power she worked hard to further her former masters planetary turmoil to recreat a new and better Imperium. She never entered an ordo because she was worried about what might happen if they found out what she was doing.

Why did the Inquisitor take her to be the host for the daemon? If the planet allows slavery, why take someone who is probably a well known slave? After 5 years in the arena she's likely to have fans and so would be missed. Why her and not someone else?Inquisitor Valancia
Born to under age parents Valancia had a hard life. Working for multiple gangs before entering a pit fighting ring as a captured slave. She fought in the rings for 5 long years before being taken by a radical as a host for a deamon. What happened to her being the host for a daemon? After going to the effort of getting her, why didn't the Inquisitor use her for his intended purpose? Also, if she's a psyker (and she must be a fairly powerful one to have usable powers) she should have been turned over to the Blackships. Inquisitors keeping rogue psykers in their service rather than doing their duty is far too common. In his service she revealed her slight psychic potential, just enough to be kept as a adept in his service. Why was she quickly advanced to the rank of Inquisitor? Acolytes are not automatically promoted on the death of their master, their promotion has to be agreed by either three Inquisitors or an Inquisitor Lord. It seems like you're implying she killed her master to take his place - I'm pretty sure the sort of scrutiny that would be brought to bear before they give her Inquisitorial rank would detect such a thing. It took her 19 long years before his mysterious death and her quick advance to inquisitorial status.I'm a bit confused about her master's beliefs. Here he sounds like a Recongregator, whereas before I had him down as a Xanthite. I guess he could be a Recongregator who dabbles in daemonology. What are her beliefs? Has she joined an Ordo? Or does she prefer to work outside their influence? If so, where does she get her support? An Inquisitor can't act alone, they need friends and contacts.Once in power she worked hard to further her former masters planetary turmoil to recreat a new and better Imperium. For a start, you should vary her stats a little, Inquisitor is a D100 game, not a D20 one. Her WS is extremely high, 80 represents an expert swordsman so I'd drop it to around 83. Her S& T seem a touch low for someone who earned her living as a pit fighter - I'd up her S to the high 50s and her T to low 60s. Her I is definitely too low (BTW at I=55 she should be Speed 4), I think you should bump it up to the high 60s or low 70s. I'd drop her Wp a touch, she's still young and her mental powers are fairly undeveloped, perhaps about 75ish? You've missed out her Sg altogether, but somewhere around 75 sounds good, she isn't educated, but no doubt has a good brain to have made it to Inquisitor. Her Nv is good, but I'd drop her Ld a bit - she doesn't seem like the type who'd be good at taking or giving orders, so around 70-75 sounds better.WS BS S T I WP NV LD Speed

I'd have expected her to have bionics after so many years being a pit fighter, but I'd have thought it more likely she'd have lost an ear or a leg or something rather than lungs.Ceramite Carapace on all part 'cept head, Advanced lungs, Suppression shield, force sword, digi-laserIf she's wearing that much carapace armour I think you ought to get rid of Acrobatic and Cat Fall. That sort of agility doesn't seem possible wearing that much armour.SKILLS: Acrobatic, Cat Fall, First Strike, Feint, Heroic
I think you've got the basis of a decent character there, if you redraft her story to take into account some of the questions I've asked I think she'll be a lot better. I look forwards to seeing the new version.
How do you plan to model her? Based on the Daemonhuntress I assume?
Hope that helps,
I like to remember things my own way... Not necessarily the way they happened.
