Just a question for any Canadian BFG players out there. Do you buy from the GW Canada online store or the American or a third choice which I don't know about? I'm interested in starting a fleet but cruisers are twice the cost at the Canadian than the American online store. Thanks for any input.
I actually just bought a Chaos Fleet a few weeks ago, and I just went down to my local GW and ordered it there.
BFG stuff is quite a bit cheaper on the US store than on ours, but once you factor in the shipping cost plus the customs and duties and other difficulties at the border it isn't likely to be that big of a difference... And if I'm going to order it anyways, and if the price isn't going to be radically cheaper, I generally prefer to pay the extra few dollars and support my local store.
EDIT: Random curiosity here: where in Canada are you, anyways?
Though the bidding is very competative, and most models aren't new.
If your close to the us, then taking a short drive might be worth it...
All in all, gothic is a very cheap game to build a fleet for.

Victoria, BC. Thats what I was wondering, whether the costs would equal out with shipping and duties.
Just was comparing the two online stores, and their are some funny differences. I'm planning on picking up two starter Imperial and Chaos fleets so lots of cruisers and I think the US online store is going to be the way to go. But If i was going to play Marines the Canadian store would work out cheaper, due to escorts and Strike cruisers being almost the same price on both websites. Anyways just an observation.
