Hey guys i just cam across all the PDFs on GWs site for Necromunda and i read a bit now im hooked haha i printed it all out and got it into a binder and read through it all today. Im pretty sure i want to start an Escher gang first than do a Delaque one.
I have many questions though!
First of all are there more scenarios online anywhere?
The models on GWS site are they the only ones in existence for example i want to find an Escher model with a plasma gun or a flamer. Is converting the only way to go about playing Necromunda?
Does anyone know a good third party website to buy necromunda? and any opinions on my gang selections?!
this game seems pretty sweet so far hopefully there is a larger fan base than what i have seen today. but if not oh well.
The game isn't in active support by GW, but it's still pretty active. I have only been playing for six months, but I've done all my Necromunda models by conversion. What I don't like is that my characters have changed weapons as they mature, and so if I were playing with the official Necromunda figures, I would have some very "off" gangers.
I got some little magnets, drilled little indentations in some Catachan arms and bodies, and glued the magnets in. (Trying to keep track of which side of the magnets was which was a bear!)
However, I now have a bunch of arms with weapons that I can swap around to look almost right. But, I'm a nut. One guy I play against uses his 40K orks with an occasional Fantasy ork. The other guy likes to use his Fantasy lizardmen as models.
We have cool games!
Some places for more scenarios and stuff are:
Anthony Case - Necromunda
i Necro - Your unofficial guide to the best Necromunda pages on the web.
There's another site that I seem to have lost - it has a bunch of different scenarios/rules/units/weapons from a bunch of different games like Mordheim, Necromunda, Epic, etc.
If anyone happens to know where it is or what happened to it, I would much appreciate it!
Ahh, got it. The site was down yesterday for some reason.
