i'm seriously considering creating an inquisitor force, i've flicked through the rules and i've perused gw's site to look at some of the models, what i would like to know is, how are you supposed to use the xeno options as there doesn't seem to be any information on them in the rule book, is it possible i have an outdated rulebook or am i just supposed to wing it?
GW used to have a lot of articles relating to Inquisitor on the specialist games website, but they've pruned it severely.. I have most articles in PDF format if you need info. I think there are limited samples of rules for Kroot mercenaries, Eldar outcasts and a genestealer, as well as an alien bounty hunter type of unspecified species. As you may have gathered, the focus of the game isn't really on the aliens at all, though.. It's about factional conflict between different imperial institutions, especially the Inquisition, so aliens don't get a lot of facetime.

Finally, this link should help you with finding suitable models - there are loads of 54mm models out there, many of which are as good as, if not better than, GW ones, and which can easily be 40k-ified;
