jasper, I think you will find that not many of us will be able to comment on your list as very few players play Orks in BFG. They are by far the toughest fleet to play, so I've heard. Kudos for wanting to start them up. I respect players who go with rare fleets/armies.
I plan to start an Ork fleet up myself, but that will be a few months from now after I have spent some time on some other fleets. I wish I could help you out, but I don't know anything about what works well with them beyond their ramming. Just think like an Ork --- that's the best advice I can give. Don't care about losing ships or putting them in harm's way...just ram your fleet down the enemy's throat and hope he chokes on you. I can see the potential for them being very, very fun...
All told, the only other thing I could suggest is make as balanced a fleet as possible, which you seem to have done. You also have 16 ram ships, which should serve you well as far as I know. Ram ships should be your most numerous type of vessel in an Ork fleet. Good luck.
Like Houston said, Orks are a hard fleet to use properly. The key to a good Ork fleet is loads and loads of Escorts. Only Ork fleet I ever saw used effectively was composed of a single Battleship, two Cruisers, and then just swarms and swarms of Escorts (about half of which were Ram ships). You seem to have that idea down.
Just wondering, what are Torpedo Bommas? Didn't see their rules in either the blue book or Armada. I can assume how they work, but why not keep Fighta/Bommas? The ability to intercept AND bomb with the same ordnance is great!
