i rolled randomly using the tables in one of the annuals for a random war band and what i got i thought was pretty sweet
flack armour every where except head, power sword, auto pistol w. reload, hex & pent wards, stasis grenade, conversion field
dodge, deflect shot, feint, pursuade
mind scan, telepathy, mesmerism, enforce will
equipment, carapace armour on chest, flak on arms, legs, groin, frag grenade, power axe, bolt pistol, falchion
......power armour on all locations except head, las pistol, force staff, hex wards
fire storm, telepathy, mesmerism, psychic schreech
now does that seem a bit cheesy ?
Way more than a bit. Power armor, two power weapons, a force weapon, and eight psychic powers among three models will get you kicked out of the game! Just because it's random rolling doesn't make it a good way to go!
yea i guess your right, but it was our gw groups idea to randomly create a warband so its ehir fault for letting me do it haha, but cheers for your opinion
At first glance the characters are a bit over-equiped for fun games but looking a bit closer you have no overpowering non-psychic abilities and most of the stats reflect each character's given abilities. (Though if that fighter was ex-gaurd his BS stat would be higher, or if he/she was a pit fighter the T would be higher)
For the powers, on the inquisitor consider scaling them down to two?
The stats and abilities seem fair, though lack of background doesn't exactly help. Equipement and powers are very cheesy though, since inquisitor is more about a good game than winning.

I agree with reever, stats are fair, as are abilities, but kit and powers are overkill, background is the key
