I, for one, really liked Scanlon's description of the Black Ships and the whole Sisters of Silence thing. It's a really good preamble to the Ordo Hereticus.
So, the book hinted that Garro and Sister Amendara could possibly become two of the first members of the Holy Orders of the Inquisition...
It does seem to hint to that, and it would finally explain why Garro just goes missing after he makes it back to Terra.

An interesting question but not, I feel, actually relevant to this board, which is for the game Inquisitor, not general conversation on the Inquisition. Doesn't LO have a 40k background board?
