If you want to use your priest and deacons in close combat equipping them with two-handed guns may be a disadvantage. Cheaper guns for them would save you same money for your other gangers. Some more different guns for the gangers would be great as well. Although the Redemption relies on CC some 'shooters' might be helpful.
A Redemtionist Crusade (a redemptionist gang lead by a priest) needs 1 devotee or crusader for every priest, deacon and zealot. There's 5 priest/deacons/zealots but only 4 crusaders.
For minimal chage I'd drop the crusader with shotgun and mace and take 2 devotees with autopistols.
Playing many games against redemptionists, I would say their greatest asset is their one shot flamer. I would try and have at least 4 flamer template guys in the gang, more if you think you can afford it (you can always buy more later if your gang gets more successfull, I guess).
All those flamers give you a 'no go' control zone - effectively, if you go up against another close combat gang, they will be unable to easily approach you, and you can take them out on your terms.
And against everyone else, lots of flamers are really a massive headache anyway!
Just my 2 parts of 100!
