Ok, im kind of making rules for chaos cults at the moment in necromunda and wondering, is it worth making the rules, do people still want to use them? I remeber a few years back they had a bit of popularity round my area(SW cornwall,UK) but i don't know about the rest of the world at all.
Is it worth making rules for CC with the intention of sending them to SG to be officialafied?
wow. now that was interesting

If you want to use them with your friends and playing your Chaos Cultists is fun I would say it is definitely worth the work. And hey, why not also send them to specialist-games? I do not know whether they would use it and actually I doubt it... I think they only introduce new rules of people they already know. But if your rules are good it is worth a try.

Another way to approach it is to use current rules to represent a Chaos cult. I think redemptionist rules would capture the essence of a Chaos cult quite well. You could represent wounds and skills gained with mutations gifted by the Chaos gods as the campaign progresses.
If you want to write your own rules then I say go for it. It should be fun, and as long as the rules are balanced they will provide you with a great list for friendly games. As Hekau Chasut suggested, submit them to the SG team and you might even get them put up on the SG website.
