Well, I was very happy with the Undead list and it worked very well for me in proxy games (I went 3-1, the 1 was a voluntary rout). But, since I actually BOUGHT the warband, I have gone 0-5. Very drastic difference. Since the campaign coordinator is letting us use more than 1 warband each, I have gone back to Reiklanders (mostly because I can make the warband out of 1 box, minus hired swords)

Well, thats it. It looks a lot like my old list with a few Hired Swords. I took the Warlock because I feel a little magic might help out, and the Halfling Scout is just as good with a bow as my Marksmen (and I had 19gc left over...hehe). Critiscms welcome from all!
Nik-Nak's Horde of Goblin Liberation
Dont be afraid to sacrifice your warlock. He only costs 35 (?) gold crowns, and if he lives you'll have to pay him another 15 upkeep, same advice for the halfling scout.
Do you really plan on your Captain being charged? Giving him a bow was a good idea, with some decent strategy he could probably fare better with two swords. Its best to use him as a counter-charge character. The more attacks he has, the more likely he will put someone out of action and gain XP.
Just my thoughts.
I am the Aquila-Guerilla!
To save some gold for the warband, I would say have more specialized heros. Your first champion is armed with 2 maces, so why bother throwing in that extra money to make him have a bow, when it appears he will be pretty devoted to close combat.
Also it looks like your whole warband (besides those greenhorn youngbloods) is geared towards ranged combat... not a bad idea for Reiklanders, but once those Possessed or Orcs or whatever it is that the winds of chaos throw in your direction get within striking distance...be prepared for a world of hurt... try buying a few warriors with maces (28gp each) for some guard duty.
and watch out if your warlock rolls a 6 for his starting spell... a single man charging out in combat won't last long without back-up...
