Are there rules for lizardmen in mordheim?
They were designed for the Lustria MH setting, but there is a list made for them.
Skinks might be weak, but saurus are not (and the five you can have is more than enough). And the Scaly Skin save they get is amazing. The biggest problem, to me at least, is that with so many skinks, the only cost-effective ranged weapon for them is the short bow. Which, well, is a short bow.
Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, even if it's wrong.
I've been running one for a long time now. They are very good although not too overpowered either. The scaly skin rules is amazingly useful and the Skink Priest's lore is also pretty handy (especially since you can wear armour and cast it).
Personally I've found that the M6 of the skinks offsets the disadvantage of only having shortbows but that is just my personal experience.
I think they're realitvely balanced for an unofficial warband.
