I'm looking to start playing Heavy Gear, and of course I have questions.

1. Do rule sets and TVs come in the Locked and Loaded 1.1 rulebook? There don't appear to be any specific books in the online store that would act the part of codexes or army books.

2. Does the DreamPod9 site give an accurate depiction of the factions? Is there anything extra that I should know?

That's it for now, I may have more questions later though.

As long as I'm asking questions, here another set:
I'm thinking about the PRDF. Based on the datacards and hearsay, they seem a little underpowered, and they don't look like they have much in the way of anti-tank options. Is this true?
How about the other forces? What are your personal impressions? What do you think about them and how do they fare as a whole?
