Ooooooh, pretty....

I really like the Dark Apostle, although the Crozius does seem a little bit too blunt for my tastes. I guess I always associated Chaos with spikes and the Accursed Crozius really doesn't have enough. That is some truly amazing freehand on the banner though and they managed to capture the Legion symbol quite well. I wonder what Hierophaen means, though...?

This almost makes me want to feel bad that I didn't use the fleshy head on my Chaos Lord. But a) After painting all the SOB's and IG I really don't want to do flesh for awhile & b) Mine wont look anywhere near that good.

It's discouraging, but in an entertaining way.

A friend of mine said it's a lot like the women feel when they are looking at super models. There is no way that you can look like that normally, but it still makes you want to.

I think that this bloke (Dark apostle) is cool. The work on the details is very good in the scrolls and so on he has with all the writing. The use of the arm is good too in that it looks like a mutated arm. Other parts such as the banner are well done. I like the detail and hard work that has clearly gone into the banner, however the actual design of the skull is a little too happy or lively, I'm not sure which.

I think the two best bits are the cursed crozius and his loin cloth. The crozius is very well done in that it looks technological but also chaotic. Often I find when people try to merge chaos with tech stuff the effect is rather clumsy looking but this works well.

The loin cloth is good in that it is dirty. I think this shows that the model was well planned. Most of the time when a model is painted well like this the painter dreads getting any part of his perfect shading distorted and as such everything is sparkling clean. In this case the cloth is dirty and it looks like it should be. Light coloured clothes always get dirty when they're near the ground.

Agreed Leech. This model was done by a painter (can't remember her name), but her work is absolutely amazing. This model is one of her less renowned works, if you can believe that. I've posted her stuff before, but here is one that I particularly like. She a cut above everyone else in the industry.

That is a very cool Chaoslord there. The work on the red is especially good, far better than other reds I have seen. It reminds me almost of a comic book cover in the way the paint job is done. I'm not sure how it is done but it looks cool.

It is interesting that you call her a she and she is called Vincent Hudon, which I think is boy's name.

Oh yeah that is Vincent's work. He's on another forum and it is always fun to see his work. He's the same guy that did Magmatrax


He's also done an amazing World Eater Dread. You can't deny that he really knows his NMM.

Oh and can we see some World Eaters? I know it will be hard to find, but there are some cool ones out there.
